How to install or run Can3D on MAC OSX version 10.9.2?

You can't install and run the application in Mac OSX 10.9 because this software wasn't developed for this particular operating system. The best way to install it in Mac is by using Bootcamp to run Windows next to Mac or through the Parallels Desktop.
